Burdock (Ha Gobo)


This variety of burdock root is from Japan and is grown for its delicate edible leaves. The stalk is 12" long and the light green leaves are quite tender. The root is 6" long. Burdock has several varieties, all which fall under the rulership of Jupiter. In traditional herbalism, burdock is used as a liver and kidney ally for digestive health and managing anger/irritability.
